Own your brilliance, brand it, and make it bankable. Those are the elements at the core of the work I do with women entrepreneurs. This month I have been focused on what it means to be have a bankable brand.
When most folks think of branding, the first things that come to mind are color scheme, tagline, and logo. Those elements are part of any effective brand identity which is only one side of the branding coin. The other side is your brand promise. Your brand promise is the results that you help your clients get. And when done correctly, it’s connected to your story and clearly differentiates you from the other coaches, consultants, and holistic practitioners in your niche or field.
In this post, I’m excited to share some examples of brilliant women entrepreneurs who have Bankable Brands. What makes their brand bankable:
#1 – They are crystal clear about who their MBA (most bankable avatar) is. They’ve done the work to identify and understand their ideal client. Not just their demographics, but they know what their ideal client wants, where to find them, what makes them buy, and when they buy. Knowing these details makes it easy to create copy, programs and services that are sought after.
#2 – They are crystal clear about the results they help their clients get. If you ask these women what they do, they are not just going to give you a title or a tag line. They are experts at the language that communicates their value and are confident about why they are the best fit for the people they serve.
#3 – They are memorable. Each of these women knows how to show up and be not just visible on line but engaged. They’ve figured out that it’s the blend of their skills, experience, personality, and story – the total package that makes them eligible to connect and convert. As a result they attract the bankable prospect, partners, and opportunities that enable them to grow their business.
#4 – They are profitable. There’s a difference between being a visible brand and having a brand that’s supported by a business that is actually making money. And by making money, I mean there is actually a profit left over after all of the expenses are paid.
Woman entrepreneurs with bankable brands make being profitable look like magic and feel like ease. The truth is, they’ve put in the hard work. And that’s good new because it means that if you put in the work, you can have the same results.
Every woman on this list is someone I personally know, have worked with, have followed on line for years watching their transformation, and someone I’ve learned from. One other thing to know about these Trailblazing women is that none of them engage in online marketing hype or tactics that leave you feeling slimy or manipulated. They value transparency and show up authentically as themselves, proudly inviting you to take them or leave them at your own risk.
