Have you ever had a Moses Moment? Where you get a glimpse of your purpose and a vision for how you can impact your world, but before you get too excited, doubt and fear start to creep in?
I did the first webinar on How to Be Confident in Your Calling back in January of 2013. I knew it was a message that my clients needed to hear – it was a message that I needed to hear. After the webinar I got a few messages from attendees, saying how much what I shared helped and inspired them. Then I took the message and filed it in the Work in Progress folder on my laptop. The winter season ended and I left it in the folder. The spring came and I left the notes in the folder. Then this summer I went through waves of longing and dismissal. I longed to talk to my clients about more than social media and marketing. But I kept trying to dismiss the calling to take a different approach with my coaching.
My summer was full of these amazing conversations with colleagues, my current clients, and even prospects. We’d start off focused on marketing topics and before I knew it the conversation would turn to deeper topics like purpose, passion, spirituality, and vision. With each conversation I got more and more excited about helping women become the called and confident messengers they envisioned. But I also got side swiped by these incredible Moses Moments. I talk more about them in the video. Click the <<play>> arrow to check it out.
If you are trying to move forward with your vision, and need a coach to help you get through the Moses Moments, schedule a complimentary SHIFT session and tell me all about it.
